Fails install looking for twin.css

OS: [e.g. macOS]
Windows

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

It looks like twin.css doesn't exist giving the error

[BUILD] (NO minify)

src/main.tsx:11:7:
  11 Γöé import './theme/twin.css'

(node:42224) UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: Error: Build failed with 1 error:
src/main.tsx:11:7: ERROR: Could not resolve "./theme/twin.css"`

I tried to install it manually, but it was tossing more errors and stuff about leaky modules, and I didn't want to get into it.
