E0033 needs to be updated to new format

Error E0033 needs a span_label, updating it from:

error[E0033]: type `&SomeTrait` cannot be dereferenced

   |

   |         ^^^^^^^^

To:

error[E0033]: type `&SomeTrait` cannot be dereferenced

   |         ^^^^^^^^ cannot dereference type `&SomeTrait`
