All the files we ship are now referenced in the manifest, so there is no point in adding an additional list of files that should not be pruned.

This PR follows up on #23 implementing support for rust-lang/rust#78486. Now that all the files we're shipping are included in the manifest we can avoid having a list of allowed patterns.
