Breaking change: getpeereid is no more available on AIX

breaks public API
For AIX target the libc::getpeereid is no more available and any crate using is broken.
For example Tokio can't be more compiled for AIX.

Sorry for the inconvenience, @s-kipnis! This issue has been fixed in PR Add function getpeereid for AIX.

Ah sorry, I just haven't done a release since then. I'll close this then, should be fixed when 0.2.175 is out (probably later this week or early next)
