feat: draft of zoom support

This works adequately on my macbook, I have yet to test on touchscreen, phone and mouse.

Currently this is a bit laggy and not like super nice, but works.

Does this feature fit into this library?

I would also like to make it possible to do something similar to this, https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/matlab.graphics.interaction.interactions.regionzoominteraction.html

That would require disable panning, while creating the region.
