Support intra-process comm #629
Description
Previously, teomporary fixes has been put in place to allow using intra-process comunication, disabling it for /tf and /tf_static topics:
As soon as this patch ros2/rclcpp#2303 gets merged, I propose to revert those patches. This issue is just a reminder on geometry2 side (I'll post a PR).
