Error when running via npx

0.1.2 broke invocation via npx. There's an error importing trucation.

Workarounds:

• Downgrade to 0.1.1 (npx -y @rollbar/mcp-server@0.1.1)
• Install and build locally https://github.com/rollbar/rollbar-mcp-server?tab=readme-ov-file#how-to-develop
