I’m a NOC Engineer with over 3 years of experience in telecommunications (RAN, Core, and Transport Networks) at Vodafone (_VOIS).
I thrive in dynamic environments, building and optimizing processes from scratch, and continuously expanding my technical and language skills.

Oct 2021 – Present (3y 10m)

• Monitored 2G, 3G, 4G networks using fault management systems and NMS tools.
• Investigated alarms on RAN, Core, and Transport Networks (GSM, UMTS, LTE, SDH, DWDM, ATM, IP).
• Created technical documentation & procedures from scratch for new projects.
• Participated in OSS training sessions, tested use cases in FUT phase, and improved processes.
• Transitioning to DSL IP team, gaining expertise in DSL and WDM.
