Closes #280.

  • Add option to change colour bar string formatting
  • Add option to change mesh opacity for all plot types (plot mesh, plot centroids, plot stress, plot vectors)
  • Add colour limits options for stress plots (e.g. min/max, option to hide contour above/below number)
  • Add option to change colorbar label for stress and vector plots
  • Plots stresses for only selected material groups
