Add pry-byebug for ease of debugging. Update the locally used react_ujs to 2.5.0

Summary
Chrome is doing Chrome things again therefore Travis is broken.
In order to fix it I need to migrate from Chromedriver to Webdriver and get it to load Chrome Stable (70+) successfully on Travis.
