Runtime error rails web console

On previous versions, the web console would appear when an error was raised. This doesn't appear to be the case on rails 5.0.0

I'm running into the same problem.

OS X 10.13.4
Ruby 2.5.1
Rails 5.2.0
web-console 3.6.1
Chrome 66.0.3359.139

I started a new Rails project, added a 'Todo' scaffold, and raised an exception from the index action:

  def index
    raise
    @todos = Todo.all
  end

The standard Rails error page renders but the web-console does not.

When I view source, the very last line is <div id="console with no closing tag or further code.

I rolled back to web-console 3.6.0 – gem 'web-console', '3.6'. The web-console now correctly renders. When I view source:

  data-session-id='5f9e0c152883065geb6ed82a483d64g2'
  data-prompt-label='>> '>
</div>
...

I'm not an experienced contributor so if I can help with anything, please let me know.

Appreciate your work on this project, I realized how much I rely on it when it stopped working :)

Never mind, PR #255 looks to be addressing this issue already. I pulled in the change and it works.

I installed gem 'web-console', '3.6' in my gemfile and it work now. thanks !
