Update clusters settings in development environment to test more setups and more Slurm versions. Also update development environment setup utility to make it more generic and dynamic.
Generate some missing tests assets now available in new development environment.
The mock property was not properly defined to return the text content of the asset.
Fix expected states on draining nodes.
