First goal was to general code that was cross compilable to/from le/be (the only change Anton requested off me).
Condensed intrinsic implementation into one C file.
Changed the constant header generation to allow asm and/or intrinsic implementation to allow for a more condensed file.
Consolidated test programs a bit.
Added mechanism to include two checksum implementations without changing intrinsic/asm code.
