Make RSS annotation work on Mac OS

@MeasureRSS and @ExpectMaxRSS annotations work on Linux thanks to this PR.

The goal of this issue is to make @MeasureRSS and @ExpectMaxRSS annotations work on Mac OS.

From Quarkus documentation:

On macOS, you can use ps x -o pid,rss,command -p which list the RSS for a given process in KB (1024 bytes)
