Haven't fully validated this yet, but did the initial changes. I don't see an easy way to avoid having a second copy of zlib specifically for Tcl, so I guess we just have to include it, but I'm pretty sure that's all handled here. This is probably good enough to ship in an alpha. |

Basic testing (including fresh install on a clean machine) was fine, so will merge and we can get more feedback during alpha. |
