Rounded corners of sphinx-design cards are broken #2167
Description
The PR #2058 sets the background color of .sd-card-body, which previously was unset. Unfortunately, this causes the rounded corners of sphinx-design's cards to disappear:

Compare that to version 0.16.0 where the corners are visible:
