- Exclude bytecode from source dist - Don't include entry points for Python 2 to avoid conflicts when Py 2 and Py 3 versions are both installed

Avoids building a console script for Python 2, such that Python 2 and 3 packages can co-exist.
(Sorry for bumping the version in the same commit. I suggest bumping 2.12.2 after merging the three current PRs.)
