up phase of pop does not get TCOd #131
Description
The up phase of pop does not get TCOd. The down phase does, as do other functions in the lib. Seems like a small oversight.
This could be fixed with a technique similar to that recommended by @natefaubion here: #129 (comment)
Otherwise, this could wait for a fix to purescript/purescript#3157
