This change includes the reaction (and its embedded severity observation) from inside an Immunization activity. I used allergy reaction as a template because that is the same template used in a different place.
My tests mostly only check for appropriate cardinality, which in this case is 0 or 1. I assume the format/shape of the parsed properties is correct because I'm just reusing existing BB processors.
