Change Description

This PR applies consistent code formatting across the entire codebase using Black and pre-commit, the code formatters specified in the contribution guidelines.

This is a formatting-only change — no logic or functionality was modified. The goal is to make the codebase consistent with the expected style and reduce future diffs.
