Docs: Subscription Upgrade/Downgrade + Proration Guide

Would be great to have a guide / FAQ related to how subscription upgrade and downgrades work, and can be achieved via Customer Portal or API.

Combined with sharing examples on how different proration settings would impact the flow, and how prorations work overall and is roughly calculated and applied between these changes.
