Turkish localization for numbers

Hi there,
How can I localize numbers in texts that use numbers, such as bar texts, axis labels, and even titles, into Turkish?
Just like in the lib/locales/de.js file, if adding decimal: ',' and thousands: '.' to the format section in the lib/locales/tr.js file will solve this problem, I request that it be added.
