Hello,
Just submitting a small change to Moodle local plugin's version file marking minimum supported as M2.0 (since that's the lowest branch we have it approved for internally), and updating with $plugin->component value for M30 compatibility. I've performed only minimal testing on Moodle 3.0.3 (Build: 20160314) but can confirm it installs/uninstalls cleanly.
