Debug Terminal: Tx activity light does not blink on transmission

The Tx activity indicator on the Debug Terminal does not blink when there's transmission activity in the Transmit pane.  

It should behave exactly like the Rx activity indicator (in regards to timing) as done in issue #213, except upon transmission instead of reception, of course.
