Research Break Fix and Update to Use New Chrome Serial API #144

Today (6/10/15) Lima... reported that he implemented the break condition we've been waiting for.
Not sure when this enhancement will be included in public releases of Chrome, but we need to find that out and then update our system to use the new break functionality as opposed to the workaround we implemented in Sprint 1 or 2.
