Whoops, hadn't realised pushing a new commit on the same branch caused it to appear in the same pull request! I had intended to offer the OuyaSetResolution change as a separate offering. Tim, would you like me to:

  1. try tidying
  2. leave because you'll accept just the first
  3. leave because you'll review both

If it's too annoying, I can regenerate it all -- obviously don't want to make work for you!
