missing docs in sdist

When building the docs from the sdist on PyPI:
```
+ sphinx-build-3 docs html
Running Sphinx v3.5.2
making output directory... done
WARNING: html_static_path entry '_static' does not exist
WARNING: favicon file 'favicon.ico' does not exist
[...]
```
These are indeed missing from the tarball and should be included.
