Contribution Streak Reset Despite Continuous Activity on Graph

Hi GitHub Support,

I'm seeing a mismatch between my contribution streak and my activity calendar.

• My current streak is showing as only 7 days (Jul 26 – Aug 1), but my contribution graph for the past year is entirely green with no breaks.
• I have been contributing daily, and my longest streak was 1,227 days.

I've confirmed that:

• All contributions are on the default branch or gh-pages.
• My email is correctly linked to my GitHub account.
• I commit before midnight UTC.
• All contributions are public and visible.

Could you help me understand why the streak has reset despite the graph showing uninterrupted activity?

Hi @Tanmaybhujade,

Actually, according to your activity graph, you didn't make any contributions on July 24 and 25. That's why your current streak card shows 8 days, which is correct.

Hey, @Tanmaybhujade, your activity graph is now completely green, as you can see the changes are correctly reflected on your streak card:

Sometimes, the activity graph takes between 24 and 48 hours to update, which caused a discrepancy with your streak, but now it's fixed.
