Student Verification Failed

Hi everyone,

I am trying to renew my education benefits but failed three times today. I was given different reasons each time but I am not sure what exactly went wrong:

• 1st time reasons:
  1. Enable 2FA (done);
  2. Complete billing info (done, first name & last name the same as my student ID);
  3. Document must include a date (I submitted my student ID with expiration date);
  4. Set Github user profile (done, same name as my student ID).
• 2nd time reasons:
  1. "Your access has been revoked." (only one sentence, I am not sure what it means, did I violate any terms?)
• 3rd time reasons:
  1. Document must include my first name;
  2. Document must include my last name (Yes, my student ID has my full name in English);
  3. Profile thing (again, done)

I used my phone to submit the application, and the document I used is a photo of my student ID card. Thanks for any suggestions.

Hey! It should normally show an upload button there. I’ve attached an image so you can see what it looks like. If you’re only seeing the camera icon, try refreshing the page and see if that helps. If it still doesn’t show up, you can also try dragging the image directly into that section. That usually works too.

Hello everyone,

I just passed the verification. I made no additional modifications from last time, just uploaded my student ID through phone camera again. Although I am still not sure what's wrong in previous attempts but here are some points:

1. Update billing information, use your full name that appears on your ID: Settings -> Billing and licensing -> Payment information -> Billing information
2. Update profile, display your full name that appears on your ID: Avatar -> Your profile -> Edit profile
3. Enable 2FA: Settings -> Password and authentication -> Two-factor authentication
4. If you see "Your access has been revoked.", this may not be a problem.
5. There is no "cool down" between applications, my last two attempts were consecutive.
6. Log out and log in every time before an attempt.
7. The built-in camera on the application page doesn't allow you to manually focus the lens, so adjust the distance carefully until the document looks clear in the photo.

So, In my case I could take a photo of mi transcript or Certification directly from my cellphone? Because the upload button is not showed
