My Application Keeps Getting Denied And Endless Support Ticket Loop #168062

Hi @jdc141 — that sounds incredibly frustrating, and I appreciate how clearly you've explained your situation. You're absolutely right — OMSCS at Georgia Tech is a legitimate, accredited graduate program, and many remote students like you should be eligible for the GitHub Student Developer Pack. A few suggestions that might help break the loop: ✅ 1. Emphasize Your Remote Program Status “I am a currently enrolled, fully remote student in Georgia Tech’s OMSCS program. This program is 100% online by design, and my official documents (transcripts, enrollment proof, etc.) reflect that.” Sometimes clarifying why you're not near campus and directly naming the program helps support agents understand the context. ✅ 2. Try This Alternate Contact Method Choose: GitHub Education → Student Pack → Application Issues Include all your documents again, and mention the issue with the support flow as well. 🧠 Optional Tip I hope this gets resolved for you soon — it sounds like you’ve done everything right. You're not alone in this, and it’s totally fair to expect a better experience. 👍 |

Hi there. Recently had a very similar issue. I recommend printing your transcript and taking a photo of it. For some reason it works instantly. Good day. |

Hi everyone,
I am part of OMSCS, Georgia Tech's 100% graduate program for Computer Science. I am unable to request Student Pack due to my presence not being near campus. Since the program is 100% remote, the ability to validate reason for not being on campus is valid but complicated. I am not using a VPN. I have validated my school email address. I have Provided many documents, from Official Transcripts that state remote learning, to course schedules that state fully remote learning, to official IDs with dates, payment info etc. All have not passed. This needs to be fixed. Also, when trying to do a support ticket, you just get put in an endless loop with copilot. The below section seems as if you click this support button it will post your issue, but instead it just takes you back to the support main screen.
