Unable to show Transcript on a Camera

Hi everyone,

I have been attempting to renew my student developer pack this past week; however, I've already come home from college for summer break and thus am not on campus. Because of this, GitHub requires extra verification checks, which is fine. I provided my reasons, added the 2-factor authentication, and updated my billing address.

My school does not issue physical ID's to students anymore, so I used the option to display my transcript. I printed out my transcript and tried putting it up to the camera but the

Because GitHub requires a photo from my camera, I can't just drop the pdf or screenshot of my transcript with my details. I can prove I go to college but a camera will not pick up small text on a piece of paper. Thus, every time I try doing anything with the camera it gets denied, simply because the text is too small and the camera just isn't a viable solution for this.

3. Use Good Lighting: Make sure the room is well-lit and there’s no glare on the paper. Natural light works best if available.
4. Print Larger (If Possible): If you're printing your transcript, try increasing the zoom or print scaling so that the key information (your name, school name, dates) is larger and more legible.'
