Redirecting to GitHub Pricing Page Instead of GitHub Education

Hi everyone,

Issue: Redirecting to GitHub Pricing Page Instead of GitHub Education

Hello GitHub Community,

I'm facing an issue when trying to join GitHub Education. Every time I click the "Join GitHub Education" button, I get redirected to the GitHub Pricing page (https://github.com/pricing) instead of being directed to the Education page.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the GitHub Education page (https://education.github.com).
2. Click on the "Join GitHub Education" button.
3. Get redirected to the GitHub Pricing page instead of the Education page.

Expected Behavior:

I should be redirected to the GitHub Education page where I can access benefits like the Student Developer Pack.

Current Behavior:

The link redirects me to the GitHub Pricing page, which is not relevant to GitHub Education benefits.

Things I’ve Tried:

• Logged in with my GitHub account (student account).
• Checked eligibility for GitHub Education.
• Tried accessing via a different browser and in incognito mode.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Hi @BakulBd, Clear Cache & Cookies: Sometimes cached data can cause issues with redirects.

To redeem your benefits, visit the https://education.github.com/pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section. If you're able to redeem it, you're all set. If not, I recommend submitting a ticket here, choosing "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers," and providing details about your issue.

Clear Cache & Cookies: This can fix redirect issues caused by old data.
Try the Education Pack Page Directly: Go to [GitHub Education Pack] and check the offers section.
Check Eligibility: Make sure your student email is verified and your account is eligible for GitHub Education.
Contact GitHub Support: If nothing works, you can submit a support ticket with your issue details.

I tried emailing them. Sadly, they are no longer accepting that way. I am trying to submit a ticket on the support page. Does anyone know the cause and solution?
