Facing some problemes with Copilot installation

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to use the Copilot in my VScode projects but it always says this:

2025-03-01 17:09:49.784 [info] [auth] Invalid copilot token: missing token: 403
2025-03-01 17:09:50.427 [error] [auth] auth: CopilotAuthError: Your Copilot experience is not fully configured, complete your setup.

Now if I got my GitHub Copilot section, a header shows up with "Your GitHub Copilot setup is incomplete. Select your preferences below to start using GitHub Copilot". and it tells me to start a free trial.

Can someone help me to fix this bug?

Hi @rosibes ,

It's possible that you haven't redeem your Copilot offer yet, that's why it tells you to start a free trial.

Go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select Copilot, afterwards if you are still having problems, I suggest you to raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.

Hello everyone
Iam not able to use the Github Copilot in my ide vs code
The message I get on the github.com :
Your GitHub Copilot setup is incomplete. Select your preferences below to start using GitHub Copilot.
(GitHub Copilot Pro is active for your account)

Every time I try to sign in and every time I open vs code:

The output log in the terminal shows :2025-05-16 17:22:44.778 [info] [certificates] Removed 10 expired certificates
2025-05-16 17:22:45.221 [info] [auth] Invalid copilot token: missing token: 403

If I try force sign in to github copilot in the visual studio code :
with the command Github copilot: Sign in
This doesn't open any browser where I can login

whenever clicking on the sign in to github.com in the picture below nothing opens up

Can somebody help me fix this bug?
