Description of issue

Because my OS is old (though the most updated my system will allow), I realize there is no support. Because of this, I wouldn't have posted a question but the error states that downloads for pkgconf fail because of an unreachable server, so in case this is affecting supported versions, I thought I'd ask. Attempting to install produces the following output with download error messages:

% brew install pkgconf
