Put a link to the build artifacts in the log

After a build the artifacts are uploaded to Nexus.

[INFO] Uploading .ods/artifacts/... to Nexus repository ods-temporary-artifacts, group ...

It would be nice if the link (https://...) to the resources would be added to the logs for easily accessing the artifacts without leaving the browser.

@michaelsauter I think we can close this one as it is already the case (logs contain a link to each uploaded artifact). I just was not able to see it before bcs. of #379.

Can you please verify so we can close this one?

Unfortunately, right now the URL is only printed during debug mode. It would be nice to have the URL also when debug is off (even though it would then print the URL twice when debug is on)
