Break the Documentation into Subpages

Now that the documentation can be generated and supports subpages ( #335 ), we should break down the documentation. My suggestion (please modify as you see fit):

• Decide how to break down the documentation (an obvious choice would be by section)
• Break the documentation down. Ensure that cross-references still work
• Create a top-level entry page to navigate the documentation. A possibility is a manually maintained page that contains links to the various sections. Also, it probably would make sense to add navigation to each subpage.
• Make sure that the whole setup works not only for web-based access (wiki), but also for the generated artifacts.

Now the Documentation Index page exists (https://github.com/openETCS/toolchain/wiki/Documentation-Index) and it is possible to navigate to the existing subpages (Overview, Installation, ...) from this

Thanks for taking care of this.

Is there a reason the original Documentation page still exists? It invites contributors to edit the wrong page. If not, can you please delete it? In fact, I would suggest to delete Documentation-Index instead, and to move the content from there to Documentation.

The plugin has been changer to take documentation wiki page as main page (index) and the links into toolchain home wiki page and the welcome home have been updated too. The Documentation-Index page has been deleted
