Decide the futute of BuildConfig #131
Description
From this discussion it becomes evident that later gradle/agp versions will no longer generate the BuildConfig file automatically.
We should decide if we want to take steps to keep it or no longer ship that file with the SDK (removing it will be a breaking change).
