Submit zkApp transactions and simple transfers via CLI

It is possible using GraphQL at the moment, but not sure that the CLI offers the possibility to make transfers. We have only the following commands:

  node        Mina node
  snark       
  misc        Miscilaneous utilities
  replay      
  build-info  Displays mina version, commit etc
  help        Print this message or the help of the given subcommand(s)
