Deploy two block producers on dev-net as part of o1Labs infrastructure

The documentation for setting up block producers can be found on https://o1-labs.github.io/mina-rust/docs/node-operators/block-producer. If the documentation is not enough to set up the infrastructure, updating the doc should be part of this task.

When the BP are running, the page https://o1-labs.github.io/mina-rust/docs/node-operators/infrastructure/block-producers should be updated, and contains the URLs as the plain/seed nodes documentation contain here and here.
A section for o1Labs employees only should be added, and the endpoints to the BP should be checked at each PR/commit, if relevant, as it is the case for the plain nodes.
