No indication when performing an action (ignore / correct, etc) in LibreOffice spell check

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open LibreOffice Writer.
2. Type text with at least two misspelt words.
3. Performa a spell check (F7).
4. Press numpad 5 (or NVDA+control+dot) to read the current misspelt word.
5. Tab to ignore once and press enter.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 as needed.

Actual behavior:

After ignoring the first Word, LibreOffice moves focus to the second misspelt word, however NVDA does not indicate anything at all.

This happens regardless of the action taken (eg ignore, correct, etc) and also regardless of whether the misspelt words are on the same line or not.

Visually, the text in the "Not in dictionary" field changes when LibreOffice takes the desired action and moves to the next error. The text is the default colours except for the misspelt word which is denoted with red text.

Expected behavior:

When moving to a new misspelling, NVDA should report this.

Actual behavior:

In my tests, keyboard focus remains on the "Ignore once" button (so that the user can easily ignore multiple words), while the next word is highlighted in red visually. When moving keyboard focus back to the edit (using Shift+Tab) and pressing numpad 5, that word is announced by NVDA.

This needs to be reported to the makers of LibreOffice.

So far, I see no obvious bug in the behavior described above, though there may be ways to improve that further. What would you expect LibreOffice to do?

(As mentioned in my reply on the LibreOffice accessibility mailing list, there is https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=135236 that tracks reporting the highlighted word also as misspelled by using corresponding text attributes on the a11y layer, but I don't see how that would "automatically" make that announced by NVDA for the scenario described here, without moving focus to the text field as well, unless NVDA has special logic for that.)
