Tag a release so `nix-bundle` can be updated in nixpkgs

The version of `nix-bundle` which is available in nixpkgs is based on the tag of version 0.4.1 in this repo (https://github.com/nix-community/nix-bundle/tree/v0.4.1), which was released 4 years ago. It would be great if someone could tag a more up-to-date release.
