feat: remove or deprecate tools projects #136
Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The projects under the tools directory - kubevip, metallb, and nfsvolume - were originally intended to be used to add capabilities for users to run MARA on workstation-based tools. However, at this point all of the main distros on the workstation support these capabilities internally, so this is at best redundant and at worst confusing for users.
Describe the solution you'd like
Remove tools and update documentation.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Leaving as-is and updating documentation, but this means we have to maintain them.
