Standard for structured data?

Since we now have proper support for checking signatures of arbitrary messages within the NeoVM, should we also have a standard for structured data so that wallets / clients can let users properly examine messages that they are signing in a human-readable way?

@saltyskip give me some time to do a separate proposal for this. I will then append it as an additional method that should supported in #69 . It will be similar to eip-712, but less complex, as I think that while eip-712 is robust, it is way too difficult for simpler dApps to implement.
