Pull Request

NautilusTrader prioritizes correctness and reliability, please follow existing patterns for validation and testing.

  • I have reviewed the CONTRIBUTING.md and followed the established practices

Summary

Allows requests to behave similarly if they use the catalog or client request, ie. in a sync way. Can simplify writing of some functions instead of dealing with callbacks. It's optional with an "await_request" params, the existing behaviour is unchanged.
