Fix #240, make implicit padding in SAMPLE_APP_Data_t explicit and other small fixes

Describe the contribution

• Fixes Implicit (compiler-added) padding in SAMPLE_APP_Data_t struct #240
  • Adds some spare bytes (to align to 32-byte boundary) to make the implicit (compiler-added) padding after ErrCounter explicit

Some minor points piggy-backing on the PR:

• typo corrections
• add cmake_minimum_required
• change CMake project name to CFS_SAMPLE_APP
• remove unnecessary single-use variable Crc
• apply formatting according to cFS bundle .clang-format configuration

Testing performed
GitHub CI actions all passing successfully (incl. Build + Run, Unit/Functional Tests etc.).

Expected behavior changes
Avoids risk of size mismatch if decoding/encoding etc.

System(s) tested on
Debian 12 using the current main branch of cFS bundle.
