isElementOnScreen() does not work for markers

Describe the bug
Like said in https://bugs.mtasa.com/view.php?id=3510, isElementOnScreen() will never return true for markers, even if they are on the screen.

Expected behaviour
isElementOnScreen() should work with markers.

It appears only entities that inherit CPhysical can be used by the internal GTASA function FUNC_IsOnScreen.

CMarker doesn't inherit CPhysical, so I don't think it's possible.

The same can be said for CPointLights (createLight)

We could technically try to calculate through camera matrix if the entity is on screen, but this would be as good as doing it in Lua.

isElementOnScreen is working a bit weird, if element is behind the wall or something, its not on screen so it should return false, but it does return true for some reason.(i know line of sight is solution, just saying). For now, you can place any object on that marker and check if its in the screen instead of marker itself.

It's technically on the screen, you just cant see it. Maybe a more appropriate name would've been isInViewFrustum or something.
