Description

This pull request adds new models to the gallery/index.yaml file. The most important changes include the addition of two new embedding models from the Granite Embeddings suite.

Additions to gallery/index.yaml:

• Added granite-embedding-107m-multilingual model, which is a 107M parameter dense biencoder embedding model that generates high-quality text embeddings. This model produces embedding vectors of size 384 and is trained using a combination of open source relevance-pair datasets and IBM collected/generated datasets.
• Added granite-embedding-125m-english model, which is a 125M parameter dense biencoder embedding model that generates high-quality text embeddings. This model also produces embedding vectors of size 384 and is trained using similar datasets and techniques as the multilingual model.
