Description

This pull request includes an update to the gallery/index.yaml file to add a new language model entry. The most important changes include the addition of a new model, its description, and associated files.

New model addition:

• Added locutusque_thespis-llama-3.1-8b model with URLs, description, and parameters. This model is designed to enhance roleplaying performance through reasoning inspired by the Theory of Mind and is optimized using Group Relative Policy Optimization (GRPO).
• Included the file details for Locutusque_Thespis-Llama-3.1-8B-Q4_K_M.gguf with its sha256 hash and URI.
