Add Wildfly support

https://docs.wildfly.org/26/WildFly_Elytron_Security.html#configure-ssltls By default, the TLS cipher suites are not ordered according to the recommendations of the tool.

Note that TLS 1.3 is not available unless you run Java 1.11 (or higher). TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1 are enabled by default.
