Adding two production MCP servers to the official integrations list.

Description

This PR adds two hosted HTTP MCP servers maintained by ThinkChain Inc to the Official Integrations section:

1. Agent Interviews - AI-powered qualitative research platform for conducting professional interviews and surveys at scale
2. MCP Bundles Hub - Discovery and management platform with 500+ MCP provider integrations

Both servers are production-ready, fully documented, and publicly accessible.

These servers provide valuable integrations for the MCP ecosystem:

Both MCP servers are:

Thanks for the PR! At this time given the scale of ThinkChain, can you move this to the community servers section (instead of official integrations) and we can get this merged.
